Welcome to Casa Paradiso, the ideal place to have a holiday learning to relax in tranquility, take to the hills of the Mount Subasio Natural Park.
At Casa Paradiso, it is easy to organise a cultural and artistic itinerary of Umbria, one of Italy's regions rich in history and traditions, we are only 7.4 km (4.6 miles) from Assisi.

After a long day out dedicated to the discovery of all this region has to offer you can return to our oasis of peace and tranquility and experience the rhythms, the views and the smells that come off the hillside.
This hilltop position is 660 meters above sea level facing south-east.
The house is surrounded by meadows and small parcels of land farmed by small farms.
The Apartment is part of a restored 16th century cottage. The building is next to the ruins of the little church of Saint Anna.
There are 6 beds spread over two floors.
On the round floor you have a large living room with a fireplace, satellite 16:9 TV, DVD and a cornerkitchen with a washing machine.

On the first floor there is a bathroom and two bedrooms, one of which opens onto a terrace from which you can enjoy the panoramic views of the surrounding hills and the Mount Subasio Natural Park.
In the large garden (700 m2) there are Olive and fruit trees.
The house was refurbished taking into account the regulations and typical Umbrian style of the property.
The design is simple and welcoming.
The kitchen is well equipped with crockery, pans and all other necessities.
The large fire place is in perfect working order.
All the bathroom suite is brand new and in excellent condition.
The house has gas central heating.
Included in the price is the linen. At the moment we are not able to accommodate the handicapped, however we will be making alterations in the future.
